PLAYBACK:stl is this groovy music & entertainment magazine founded by me and my husband in April 2002. We were in print before going Web-only (and reclaiming a bit of our personal lives, hallelujah!) in Sept. '06. We still rock, though.

And while we're on the subject of musical geniuses, don't overlook Aussies Bluebottle Kiss. In a just world, BBK should have been the biggest thing the music industry has ever known.

This was my favorite book when I was kid. I still love it today.
